Return Policy

 At Roadworksauto.com, we stand behind our products. Your satisfaction is important to us.  In the unlikely event that a custom specification was done incorrectly, or upon initial receipt a product proves to be defective, Roadworksauto.com reserves the right to have the error corrected to the original specifications, or issue a return authorization for the incorrectly made product and upon receipt and inspection, issue a credit or refund, at the sole discretion of Roadworksauto.com. Any claims must be supported by proper documentation, explaining the problem in full detail. If the correction to the custom made product cannot be made, or a replacement to the original specifications is not available, a credit or refund will be issued, at the sole discretion of Roadworksauto.com. No returns will be allowed on any product that has been cut, trimmed, glued or altered in any manner.

 Custom made products, including all embroidered items, made to the specifications of the customer are not returnable. Any approved returns of non-defective products, will be credited the purchase price less any s/h costs and subject to a 25% return fee. No products, under any circumstances will be accepted for return without a return authorization. Products used, or damaged through use, cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Please note, however, that Roadworksauto does not make any profit from shipping charges. If anything it costs us more to ship your item to you than we actually charge you.
